Proudly built by hand in the E.U.

construction
Milling cores Core selection is crucial. The quality of the wood and the core profile dictate a ski's performance, feel, rebound, durability and liveliness. We use carefully selected poplar and birch in varying combinations to provide all these. The cores are milled then checked by hand to ensure consistency.

construction
Hand-shaping edges z Our edges are made from rockwell-treated steel to ensure hardness under extremes of temperature and abuse. The edges are hand-cut and shaped to fit each ski model individually.

Die-cutting bases z Our bases are made from the best material you can get. Ptex-4000 retains wax well and is super smooth, ensuring glide day after day. The base inserts are laser-cut and inserted by hand before being pressed.

construction
Silkscreening topsheets z Our topsheets are silkscreened from water-based inks, providing long-lasting graphics with colours that really punch. Other methods such as colour-sublimation and/or UV-based inks create large amounts of waste or produce poisonous toxins.

construction
Preparing materials z All the materials are collected together and checked to ensure quality and consistency before pressing. This extra quality control step helps us provide a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

construction
Pre-press layup z Once everything is ready to go, all the materials are laid together in the mold ready to press, and bonded with epoxy. This is the most important stage in the manufacturing process - careful attention to detail is required to maintain the high quality and reliability we strive for.

construction
Finishing z Once the skis come out of the press, the edges and bases are ground, two layers of gloss lacquer applied and individually packaged.
