CONSTRUCTION

All our skis continue to be lovingly made by hand. Each ski is manufactured from carefully selected wood cores, rockwell-treated steel edges, high quality silkscreened topsheets and the finest base material available. The skis are gloss-lacquered, stone-ground and hand-tuned before leaving the factory. This process ensures consistent flex, high performance and durability straight out of the store. We were the first independent ski brand to offer a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

CAMBERLINES /

Traditional Camber gives positive turn initiation, predictable rebound and control on groomed snow and hardpack. 

All-mountain Rocker. Tip rocker only and traditional camber is combined on the Agent 90 & 100, providing great on-piste feel with increased float off-piste. 

All-mountain Twin Rocker. Tip & tail rocker and traditional camber on the 3.Zero, Prodigy and new Soma combine to create an off-piste bias ski that floats amazingly yet is still quick edge-to-edge. 

BC-freestyle Rocker. Symmetrical tip & tail rocker and flat camber underfoot on the Royale provide float riding normal or switch, as well as instantaneous edge control. 

Big-mountain Rocker. Tip rocker and flat camber through the Thirteen together with a very firm flex give maximum float and feel at speed. 

STP TECHNOLOGY /

Introduced for the first time last year, STP is a proprietary technology developed by Darius Roziak at NBL, used to press a small wave into the length of the ski. This lets us use less wood and create lighter, easier-to-ski products with above-average edge hold & torsional strength. Check it out on the new Soma, Prodigy, Agent 90, 90W & 100 and Mono ski.
